Job Description
The Chief Financial Officer will lead the finance function of Vanilla, overseeing financial planning, reporting, and risk management. Responsibilities include developing budgets, managing cash flow, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial advice to senior leadership. The role requires extensive experience in financial management within a fast‑growing organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- • Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA or CMA
- • Minimum 10 years’ progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles
- • Proven track record in financial strategy, risk management and corporate finance
- • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills

- • Develop and oversee annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans
- • Manage cash flow, treasury activities and financing arrangements
- • Ensure compliance with statutory reporting, tax and regulatory requirements
- • Lead preparation of financial statements, management reports and KPI dashboards
- • Provide strategic financial analysis and advice to the executive team
- • Supervise finance and accounting staff, fostering development and performance
