Job Description
The Head of Finance will lead the finance function for Sigma Consulting Group, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance and cash management. They will develop financial strategies, ensure regulatory adherence and mentor the finance team to support business growth. The role requires a strong accounting background and proven leadership experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- • Professional certification such: CPA, ACCA or equivalent preferred
- • At least 7 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles
- • Strong analytical, communication and strategic planning skills
