Job Description
The Software Development & Technical Support Intern will assist in building web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and provide first‑line technical support to users. The role involves troubleshooting, debugging and learning best practices in software development.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js and Express
- • Understanding of APIs, databases and Linux environments
- • Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities
- • Good communication skills in English
- Swahili is a plus
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Develop and maintain front‑end features using React, Next.js and related technologies
- • Implement back‑end services with Node.js, Express and APIs
- • Write and test code, debug issues and ensure code quality
- • Provide technical support, troubleshoot user problems and document resolutions
- • Collaborate with senior developers to learn best practices and project workflows
