- • Lead talent acquisition and onboarding processes for all functions
- • Develop and manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs
- • Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies
- • Advise senior management on HR best practices and workforce planning
