Job Description
The Facilitator will lead interactive sessions for young people in Mombasa County, fostering personal growth, confidence and life‑skills development. Duties include planning activities, mentoring participants and creating a supportive learning environment. The role is ideal for recent graduates passionate about youth development and community engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) or equivalent
- • Strong passion for youth development and community work
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- • Prior experience working with children or young people is preferred
