Job Description
The Employee Relations Specialist will promote a positive workplace by managing employee communications, coaching managers and resolving relations issues in compliance with labour laws. Duties include conducting investigations, delivering training, preparing HR metrics and supporting engagement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND degree, Diploma or Professional Certificate in a relevant field

Responsibilities
- • Coach managers and employees through performance management processes
- • Serve as primary HR contact for assigned departments and business units
- • Translate business goals into HR solutions and support employee relations issues
- • Investigate complaints, mediate disputes and ensure compliance with policies and labour laws
- • Conduct training sessions to improve people‑skills and relations
- • Prepare HR communications, dashboards and metrics such as attrition and engagement data
- • Support employee engagement, wellness initiatives and HR transformation projects
