Job Description
The Global Change Manager – Supply Chain will lead CARE’s multi‑year supply chain transformation programme, overseeing change management, deployment of new processes and the implementation of an Oracle Fusion platform. Responsibilities include developing change deliverables, coordinating with functional teams, and improving fleet operations to enhance speed, cost‑effectiveness and sustainability. The role requires extensive experience in change management, supply chain processes and source‑to‑pay system implementations. Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND) or relevant professional certificate
- • Five to seven years of experience in change management, supply‑chain or related projects
- • Proven track record of delivering source‑to‑pay system implementations
- • Strong written and spoken communication skills
- • Ability to work across the full project lifecycle and manage multiple interventions
