Job Description
The Monitoring Center Analyst at KCB Bank will support the bank’s monitoring infrastructure by delivering and maintaining system management and event‑monitoring capabilities. Duties involve analyzing alerts, generating performance reports and assisting in incident response to ensure the stability of critical banking systems. The role requires a solid understanding of IT monitoring tools and strong analytical skills. Candidates with a background in computer science or related fields are preferred.
Qualifications & Requirements
