Job Description
The HR & Compliance Manager advises the organization on Kenyan labour law and ensures regulatory compliance. They develop, review, and maintain comprehensive HR policies to mitigate organizational risk. The role also conducts audits and provides training on compliance matters. Reporting to senior management, the manager supports a culture of ethical practice.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Law or related field
- • Minimum 3 years experience in HR compliance or labour law advisory
- • Strong knowledge of Kenyan employment legislation
- • Excellent analytical and communication skills
