Job Description
The Research and Advocacy Specialist designs and conducts research studies to inform policy and program decisions, and leads advocacy initiatives to promote the organization’s objectives. They produce evidence‑based reports, engage stakeholders, and coordinate campaigns. The role collaborates with partners to translate findings into actionable recommendations. Reporting to the program manager, the specialist enhances project impact through rigorous analysis and strategic communication.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, International Development or related field (Master’s preferred)
- • Minimum 3 years experience in research and advocacy roles
- • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- • Experience with stakeholder engagement and campaign management
