The Tour Consultant Intern will support the planning and reservation processes for safari tours, assisting senior consultants with itinerary design and client communication. The role offers hands‑on experience in tour operations and customer service within a dynamic travel environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality or a related field
- • 0–1 years of experience in reservations or tour operations, fresh graduate welcomed
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- • Proficiency with reservation software and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities
- • Assist in preparing tour itineraries and quotations for clients
- • Manage reservations and booking confirmations for safari tours
- • Provide customer service support, answering inquiries and resolving issues
- • Coordinate with hotels, transport providers and local partners
- • Maintain accurate records of bookings and client information
- • Support senior consultants with market research and promotional activities
