Job Description
The Trainer I assesses employee competency, delivers onboarding and upskilling programs, and creates a supportive learning environment for Teleperformance staff. Responsibilities include designing training materials, providing feedback, and measuring training effectiveness to enhance performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND, Diploma or equivalent
- • Minimum 2 years experience in training or BPO sector
- • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills

- • Assess and evaluate employee competency levels
- • Conduct new‑hire onboarding and ongoing upskilling sessions
- • Introduce new hires to company values, mission, and vision
- • Set up and maintain training facilities and materials
- • Deliver engaging training that promotes knowledge transfer and skill application
- • Use questioning, presentation, and facilitation techniques to retain learners
- • Provide feedback and coaching to improve performance
- • Manage a training environment that fosters trust and learning
- • Collect and submit training feedback to supervisors
- • Document and track progress of new‑hire and existing employee trainings
- • Analyze data to identify training needs and conduct refresher sessions
- • Measure training effectiveness and prepare progress reports
- • Observe daily operations to pinpoint improvement areas
- • Participate in frontline activities to stay updated on products
- • Develop and update training content such as presentations, manuals, and videos
