- • Proven experience in painting and general maintenance work

Responsibilities
- • Perform interior and exterior painting tasks as required
- • Carry out minor carpentry, plumbing and electrical repairs
- • Conduct routine maintenance inspections and address identified issues
- • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- • Ensure work complies with safety standards and company policies
